Fishing Little Egret

The more I see of these birds the more convinced I get that some of them are more bold than others. This Little Egret flew off when it 1st saw me approaching, but only as far as the other bank of the river. I decided to take a seat n the bench and wait to see if it would return to fishing. Within 5 minutes it was back in the river doing a spot of fishing.

The river is absolutely teeming with little fish at the moment and I watched and dreamed of a camera with a higher frame rate. I did manage to catch a few shots with fish in, the one below being the best.
